Hi Everyone,
What a busy week! Adventures in Raoolia is really molding into the original vision that I had when the book started to come together back in 2005/2006. There are color maps instead of the black and white maps, there is much more dialog, which adds much more interest to the story, and the events are written in a much clearer manner.
So far, I've reached Chapter 16, entitled Deconstruction. In this chapter, Master RRandoll orders his Minotaur army to dismantle the Ringlue and Shven-Shong castles brick by brick and drop them into the sea that separates Raoolia and Sphynxia. His purpose is to construct a secondary bridge connected the two continents at the western shores much like the Bridge of Death connects them at their eastern shores. He also demonstrates a greater mastery of his power by teleporting the Ringlue and Shven-Shongs entire collection of documents in their libraries, including the shelves that they sit upon.
I must say that the story is shaping up nicely, and can't wait until I can print out the first copy, and manufacture the first perfect-bound copy in my own living room. Too excited for words!
