Adventures in Raoolia, the first book of The Epic of Cougran series, has been receiving an upgrade! Each day, I pour through the material and each day it is hammered into a better representation of the imagery that takes place in my mind while writing.
So far, I have completed the re-editing process for chapters one through 12, added a Foreword section to explain the purpose of telling all of the stories, and added color maps where there used to be black and white.
Chapter Twelve begins the war with Raoolia, taking place in Shalou City, the major Carcalian settlement on the continent. It ends with the march to castles Shven-Shong in northwest Raoolia and Ringlue on the neighboring continent of Sphynxia.
Currently, I am in the middle of Chapter Thirteen, when the assault on the two castles begin. After Master RRandoll sends his six Minotaurs to transform the 1.1 million residents of Shalou City into Minotaurs, he divides his forces and marches them to the two Tigren Castles, in an attempt to keep his hidden temple from becoming discovered.
