But Logic Leaned

by Pamela Tilden

Published: 2009-11-01

Today I felt someone
walk with me
There’s only one person
that this could be
Someone that I thought I knew
But over time
Apparently
It became untrue
Because in the mirror
I did see
Another person
That certainly was not me
I looked very close
Then turned away
This can’t be so
I haven’t aged a day

But
Logic Leaned
A
Different Direction

So I intervened
With that reflection
I got between
And made a correction. . .
(to be continued?)
