The Adventures in Raoolia begins on a backwater continent that has one village, one city and one castle. The rest of the continent is sub-tropical forest. It is a very rural, rather unpopulated continent, and the story starts out in a cave, not far from a river, that leads into a large lake.
There is action from the first word, a chase scene is underway, as a rogue group of Tigrens are hunting a Carcalian who has entered their territory!
The Carcalian, named Liotoch (Lio for short, (sounds like Leo)) runs to the one village located on the continent for help, for the city he is from is too far away. Lio convinces the BellBourians to help him (Carcalians that live in BellBour Village) and a small group sets out to get to the bottom of the situation.
